The reports should be presented in English or in Russian, preferred on printed paper and submitted to the Jury no later than 12.00 on 17 January 2009 (Please bring the reports to Tartu University Cafe, 2nd floor, from 11-12.00; Address: Ülikooli 20, Tartu, Estonia ). Alternatively, reports can be submitted to the Jury by e-mail (firn [ät] firn.ee) in the form of .PDF or .DOC (max file size 2 MB) no later than 15 January 2009.
Members of the jury are asked to come to the University Cafe Ariste hall on the 2nd floor before 12.00.
The participants shall cover all costs related to the participation in the championship. The fee per person is 250 EEK (16 EUR). Two members of the Jury from each country and the Presidents of the national mountaineering associations shall be exempt from the fee. Marsruudikirjeldused tuleb esitada hindamiskomisjonile inglise või vene keeles eelistatult paberil mitte hiljem kui 17. jaanuar 2009 kell 12.00 (Tartu Ülikooli kohvik, 2. korrus, Ariste saal, kell 11-12). Alternatiivina võib raporteid (.PDF või .DOC formaadis, failisuurus max 2 MB) esitada E-mail teel (firn [ät] firn.ee) hiljemalt 15. jaanuariks 2009.
